MERKEZİ KONUM GREEN VILLE HOUSES İstanbul`a 30 dakika, Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanına 15 dakika mesafede olup Kocaeli, Darıca ilçesi, Bayramoğlu Mahallesinde 1.5 dönüm arazi üzerindedir. 12 adet Villadan oluşan ortak havuzu, çocuk oyun alanı ve kapalı garajı bulunan bir villa projesidir. Sade ve doğal malzemeler kullanılarak tasarım ve yaşamın birlikte bir bütün olarak sürdürülebilir ve uzun ömürlü olması hedeflenmiştir. Ortamın karakterine uygun sosyal alanlar ile tüm alanın dinamizmi birlikte ele alınmıştır.
DOĞA İLE İÇ İÇE Green Ville’de hayatı doğa ile iç içe yaşarken, şehir içinde yaşadığınıza inanmak bazen zor gelecek… İlk bakışta hemen fark edilen mimari tasarımı EB Mimarlığın yüksek kalite standartlarında inşa edilmiş yapısı ile farklı, eşsiz konumu ve doğal güzellikleriyle zarif bir proje. Gün içinde yakınlığı ile ister deniz veya havuz keyfi, isterseniz şehir merkezinde alışveriş. Projemizde sizler için her bir ayrıntı düşünülmüş olup, sizlere ise bunun keyfini sürmek kalıyor…
